These Terms of Use govern your use of ssgoldanddiamonds.com (the “website”), run by Jadeed SS Gold & Diamonds LLP, trading as SS Gold & Diamonds (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

This website introduces our showroom and our brands, and shows a selection of our jewellery. You cannot buy, reserve or pay for jewellery on this website. All sales take place at our showroom in Parappanangadi.

2. Product information and images

• The Showcase shows a selection of designs, not our full collection. Stock changes often, so we cannot guarantee that a piece shown will be available.
• Images are for illustration only. Some are representative or digitally created, and actual pieces may differ in colour, size, finish and design detail.
• Weight, purity and stone details are confirmed at the showroom and on your bill.
• We work to keep the website accurate, but it may contain errors. We may correct them or update content at any time without notice.

3. Prices

The website does not show prices. The final price is worked out at the showroom when you buy, based on the gold or metal rate on that day, the weight of the piece, making charges, stone charges where they apply, and applicable taxes such as GST. Any estimate we share by phone, WhatsApp or email is a guide only and is not binding until it is confirmed on a bill at the showroom.

4. Enquiries and custom orders

Sending us an enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email does not place an order or reserve a piece. For custom designs, the details – such as the design, any advance payment and the delivery timeline – are agreed separately with you when the order is placed at the showroom.

5. Purchases, exchange and buy-back

Purchases are governed by your bill and our store policies at the time of purchase, along with applicable law, including BIS hallmarking rules. Please ask our team for our current exchange and buy-back terms. Nothing on this website replaces those terms.

6. Our content and brands

The text, photographs, graphics and logos on this website – including the SS Gold & Diamonds name and logo, and the Signature 14, Tria 18 and Veloura 9 names and logos – belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use our content or brands for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

7. Using the website responsibly

When using the website, please do not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to it, or to the systems that run it;
• disrupt or overload it, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• copy its content in bulk using automated tools;
• pretend to be us or our staff; or

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about the website will be handled by the courts in Malappuram, Kerala. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
