This Privacy Policy explains how SS Gold & Diamonds (“we”, “us”, “our”), the jewellery showroom operated by Jadeed SS Gold & Diamonds LLP at 37/158A, SS Tower, Anjappura, Parappanangadi, Malappuram, Kerala – 676303, handles information when you visit ssgoldanddiamonds.com (the “website”) or contact us through it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you share – such as your name, phone number, email address, the content of your message and anything you attach (for example, a photo of a design you would like made).

The “Enquire” button on our Showcase opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message naming the piece and its code. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that message.

Information collected automatically

We do not run analytics on this website. Like every website, though, our hosting provider processes basic technical information – such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the date and time – so it can deliver pages to you and protect the site against abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.

Information on your device

This website does not set cookies of its own. Features like the “Share” button on our links page use your device’s own share or copy function, and nothing is sent to us.

2. Third-party services on this website

Some parts of the website rely on services run by other companies, which handle data under their own policies:

• Cloudflare – hosts the website and keeps it fast and secure (privacy policy).
• Google Fonts – our typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers, so your browser shares your IP address with Google (privacy policy).

• WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and Google Reviews – when you tap one of these links you leave our website, and that service’s own privacy policy applies (for example, WhatsApp and Instagram).

If you join our WhatsApp community group, other members of the group may be able to see your name and phone number, as set by WhatsApp.

• To reply to your enquiries and share details about our jewellery and its availability.
• To arrange showroom visits and custom orders, and to follow up on purchases or services you asked about.
• With your consent, to send you news about new collections and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

4. When we share information

We only share your information:

• with members of our team who need it to help you;
• with the service providers listed above, so they can run the services we use; and
• when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents such as ID cards or bank details by WhatsApp or email unless we have asked for them for a specific purpose.

8. Children

Our website is meant for a general audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared their details with us, please contact us and we will delete them.

9. Purchases at our showroom

This policy covers the website and enquiries made through it. When you buy from our showroom, we may also collect details needed for billing, hallmarking and other requirements under Indian law. We handle that information with the same care described here – please ask our team if you would like to know more.
